FRAMES PER SECOND

ARTF 134:
In this project the students explored stroboscope as a technique, but with moving images. It’s a collaboration between Time Studio and Drawing Studio in the Art Foundation Department.

Some of the project objectives is to develop an appreciation for the power of visual storytelling, emphasizing how FPS influences the mood, pace, and impact of a narrative, understand the relationship between color, form, motion and composition, exploring movement as a means to convey emotions, define scale and storytelling within the limits of a defined spatial environment, gaining a critical understanding for the medium and Continue gaining technical experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
